How To Buy a Domain Name?

Form Submission
You fill out a form which outlines:
1. The domain name you are looking to purchase.
2. our total budget that you have to spend
3. Whether you are looking to pay upfront or on payment plan.

Letter of Engagement
You will receive our letter of engagement which will appoint us as your exclusive broker. It will also outline any upfront fees that you may have to pay as well as the % commission that we will take for our service.
This must be signed and fees must be paid before moving onto step 3.

Offer Submission and Negotiation
We will reach out to the owner and negotiate on your behalf. During this stage, we will also negotiate any payment plans you may have requested in your initial form submission.

Transaction
If and when price is agreed, we will oversee the transaction. This may include using a third party (as law firm or escrow company) to hold the funds as well as ensuring the successful transfer of the domain to the buyer.
If you are buying on a payment plan, the title of the domain name will no be transferred until all payments are made and, if you miss payments, you could forfeit your rights to the the title of the domain name and any payments made up to that point would be non-refundable.

Completion
Once the transfer of the domain to the buyer and the transfer of funds to the seller is complete, the transaction will be closed.
In the event that the buyer defaults, they will be given an opportunity to rectify this. In the events of multiple defaults ( e.g. 3-4 times), the transaction will automatically be closed and be considered completed with no refund issued.
