Our commission fees range anywhere from 7% to 15%, and are incredibly competitive.
That depends. If the transaction takes place through Escrow.com, we may be able to cover fees although this is entirely at our discretion, so please feel free to ask. However, we do not cover legal fees should you decide to use a legal practitioner.
We aim to complete most acquisition within 90 days (3 months) however, there may be some occasions where transactions take longer than that.
Yes, we can however, do note if you are looking to acquire a domain that belongs and is being actively used by a well known brand (e.g. Nike.com), please expect to buy the entire business. This will most likely require you to pay a premium over and above the actual valuation of the business. If you require our support to help you acquire a business which owns a premium domain name, please enquire for our fees.
Yes we do buy premium domains. Our focus is on premium domains (English dictionary word .com domains as well as 2 letter .com domains, 3 letter .com domains and 4L CVCV/VCVC .com domains). If you have a domain you'd like to sell contact sales@emiratedomains.com, and we'll make you an offer. Any domains submitted with Buy-It-Now prices will be ignored.
Because our focus is on premium domains, there may be occasions where we don't feel that your domain name fits our criteria. We reserve the right to reject domain names submitted to us for sale at our discretion.
